• Orders are usually dispatched within 3–5 business days. If there are any delays due to studio absence, this will be noted on the website and at checkout.

 

• Shipping within the UK is included in the price.

 

• Larger works, framed pieces, and works shipped outside the UK (or EEA where applicable) may be sent via a specialist fine art courier service. Full tracking information will be provided once dispatched.

 

• For international orders, please contact me prior to purchase for a shipping estimate. Any customs or import charges are the responsibility of the buyer.

All works are carefully packed using protective archival and cushioning materials to ensure safe transit.

 

Works on paper are shipped flat.

 

Packaging materials may include recycled outer cardboard where appropriate, combined with protective inner layers such as foam board, bubble wrap, and moisture protection.

 

While packaging may not always be new or branded, every artwork is securely prepared and carefully protected for delivery. 

All artworks are carefully described and photographed. Returns are not accepted for change of mind.

 

If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact me as soon as possible. Where possible, please photograph both the artwork and the packaging before opening or fully unpacking.

 

Any issues will be resolved promptly in accordance with your statutory rights.
