I offer both Art Psychotherapy, and Mentoring / Coaching sessions. There are many similarities and overlaps, for a start, in all my work with people I am interested in the life of the soul, and how difficulties or challenges can be guides and openings to depth, meaning, and transformation. Or in other words, the lifelong task of becoming yourself.
However, Mentoring and Psychotherapy are not the same thing, and it is important to understand how they differ.
There are many different forms of each, and my comments are only in relation to the particular kinds of work I offer, and how I practice the respective disciplines.
Further information on each is available from my website. In the Mentoring section you will find a page dedicated to describing the differences between psychotherapy and coaching in more detail, with an 'at a glance' guide to help you find which meets your needs.
You are welcome to contact me with any questions or enquiries via email, or the contact form which can be found at the foot of each page on this website.
