This piece is sold unframed and will need to be framed with a mount, behind glass (non-reflective recommended) in order to be displayed. Please ask me if you would like any suggestions or advice.
About this artwork
The pastel is applied by first crumbling it onto the paper in small amounts, and then smoothing it across the surface by hand. The mountain areas are made using a dip pen with fine nib, or mechanical pencil.
Mountains move us into the spaces of deep time, and with that a sense of shared ancestral memory.
- I despatch orders as soon as possible, and aim to do this within 3 to 5 business days. Once your order has been received I will contact you with a timescale for shipping. There may be times where I am away from the studio, but if this is for longer than 1 week there will be a note on the webstore home page, and the checkout page.

- Multiple items - The price of postage is calculated according to the most costly item to ship in each order. Multiple items will be shipped at no additional cost.
- All items framed behind glass, larger items, and any original work travelling outside of the EEA, will be dispatched by a specialist in the distribution of art and other fragile goods. Once shipping is in progress full tracking information will be made available, and delivery is usually the next working day (UK orders).
- For overseas customers, please contact me for a shipping quote. Be aware that as the buyer you will be responsible for paying any customs charges that are incurred when importing this item.
