I despatch orders as soon as possible, and aim to do this within 3 to 5 business days. Once your order has been received I will contact you with a timescale for shipping. There may be times where I am away from the studio, but if this is for longer than 1 week there will be a note on the webstore home page, and the checkout page.
Shipping costs will be calculated and shown at ‘checkout’.
If your location does not appear as an option at checkout please contact me and I will remedy this as soon as possible.
Multiple items - The price of postage is calculated according to the most costly item to ship in each order.
All items framed behind glass, and any original work travelling outside of the EEA, will be dispatched by a specialist in the distribution of art and other fragile goods. Once shipping is in progress full tracking information will be made available, and delivery is usually the next working day (UK orders).
For overseas customers, please be aware that as the buyer you will be responsible for paying any customs charges that are incurred when importing this item. If you are unsure please find out if this will be applicable prior to ordering as refunds or discounts cannot be given in the event that duty charges are incurred.
